Sunil is based in Pune, India from where he extends contractual workforce and supports QRC for IDRC. Sunil is a technocrat and a serial entreprenuer. Besides his partnership in IDRC, he runs Digilant Solutions, a business services company. He also heads a Pune based venture capital fund. At IDRC, he brings forth a strong experience and maturity in client servicing, and an extensive network.

Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Ascent Computing Group, Inc USA, acquired by Chinadotcom in 2003. Ascent consummated various financial projects and solutions including a comprehensive solution for financial derivatives. He later co-founded Pyxis Systems, a financial derivatives products & consulting company, acquired by Polaris Financial Technologies in 2011. Sunil has worked with IBM Corporation, Matsushita, Sony Corporation, TransAmerica, Glaxo Pharmaceuticals etc. in technology and management roles. Sunil was selected as a finalist in ‘Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award' in the year 2000 and 2002 from Southwest Connecticut and New York Hudson Valley.

Sunil holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India. Sunil also has an MBA (PGDM) from the IIM, Ahmedabad, India.
