Constantin brings to IDRC an expertise in scientific computing and applied technology. He offers devising, designing, and building of computing-led bespoke solutions.
Constantin holds a PhD in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at South Ural State University. His interest lies majorly in parallel computation and databases. He holds a number of academic research publications and has presented his work at a range of scientific conferences throughout Russia.
He has also participated as lead programmer in a number of projects in the industry, including the creation of a mixed hardware-software system for the psychological evaluation of employees, commissioned by Russian Railways.
Constantin is based in Chelyabinsk, Russia.
